What happened to Keitaro?
On March 9th, 2016, Keitaro was signed by Counter Logic Gaming. Although he later parted ways with them, he was then signed by Susquehanna Esports as a caster and content creator. Susquehanna Esports removed him from the organization on July 2nd, 2020 following confirmed accusations of sexual misconduct.
What did D1 Smash?
On July 2nd, 2020, amidst a wave of sexual harassment allegations in the community, a girl named Kaitlyn, going by the Twitter handle KTDominate, posted in a Twitlonger that D1 had raped her while she was drunk during Smash the Record 2016 and told all of his friends about the experience.
What happened to ANTi Smash?
ANTi was signed by Immortals on September 13, 2016. He left Immortals on September 9, 2018. He joined T1 as their first ever Smash player on April 17, 2019.
What did Keitaro do?
On July 2, 2020, Keitaro was accused of being in a sexual relationship with a minor at Hyrule Saga. Keitaro later issued a response admitting that the incident occurred, and apologizing for his actions. Susquehanna Soniqs removed Keitaro from the organization after these revelations.
Why was D1 Cancelled?
D1 was ostracized from the Smash community after rape claims came to light in July 2020. However, he returned on July 15 — 12 months on — to apologize for his actions, and to refute the “patently false claims being made against [him] following nebulous intimate interactions”.
