If you’re to move forward and lead a fulfilling life, you’ve got to overcome such thoughts and replace them with positive ones. When you fail to achieve your goals, deep feelings of anxiety, sadness, shame, and anger take over – it’s only natural.

Failure is very real, but it is not an end destination — it’s another event in the course of life. Experiencing one failure or 100 does not make you a failure. Failure is an external event that happens.
