Is UFV campus open?
UFV remains open under normal winter conditions; this may require extra caution by students and employees travelling to and within campuses. The other campuses may remain open with classes there proceeding as scheduled.

UFV uses the 24-hour clock to show class times. This means that classes that meet in the afternoon or evening are listed as 1300 (1 pm) to 2200 (10 pm). A class listed as 0830 meets at 8:30 am….Class times.

What building is the UFV library in?
Located in Building G (Peter Jones Learning Commons) on the Abbotsford Campus, the Abbotsford Library houses the largest portion of the library’s collections and is the home of the library’s administration and technical services. It is also where most of our librarians and staff can be found.

A learner-centred approach, delivered online with no meeting times; you get to learn independently and at your own pace, with the support of your professor. Professors provide you with course materials that can be accessed at any time via Blackboard. Any tests and exams are done remotely as well.
