What is Dwinguler mat made of?
Dwinguler, BubbaMat and Baby Care Play mats are made with a non-toxic PVC called eco-friendly PVC. This is a very different material from traditional PVC that is known for its toxicity concerns due to the use of plasticisers like phthalates.

How do you clean a Dwinguler playmat?
To clean the play mat, simply wipe the surface with a clean cloth or towel. Use a neutral detergent if needed. Harsh chemical cleaners may damage the surface and are not recommended. Avoid using vacuum cleaners with bristle heads as they may scratch the mat surface.
Does EVA foam have formaldehyde?
Yes, it is formaldehyde free. Our Wonder Mats do not contain formaldehyde. If you mean Formamide, this was a concern for many of our customers, especially after France and Belgium issued a ban on EVA foam mats in 2010.
Is EVA foam rubber toxic?
Polyurethane, although itself is non-toxic, is flammable and typically contains added flame-retardants like PBDEs that can be detrimental to child development (2,3). EVA, typically advertised as the non-toxic choice often tests positive for formamide, another toxic chemical.
Which Parklon mat is best?
I would say the Pure Soft Mat. If compared to the other mats Parklon offers, this is the best for my preferences. The Pure Soft Mat thickness just nice compared to it’s Bubble Mat which is 2x thicker.
Are Baby Care play mats non toxic?

Are EVA foam mats toxic?
EVA foam play mats are also commonly touted as being non-toxic. However, EVA foam has been found to off-gas formamide. Currently, there are NO 100% formamide-free EVA foam mats on the market. A company can claim that its mats are formamide-free but it can do so because formamide is only tested to a certain level.
Is EVA carcinogenic?
EVA is considered to be a safe alternative to PVC, as it doesn’t require plasticizers like phthlates, and it’s BPA free. However, a few years ago it was found that EVA foam contained formamide. Formamide is used to make the foam soft, but it’s considered to be carcinogenic and a developmental toxin.
