How do you apologize for cheating on a test?

Dear {Teacher/School} I am very sorry for cheating on the {test, assignment, project, etc…}. I know that you, your classroom and {school name} has zero tolerance on academic dishonesty. In my ambition to receive recognition and a good grade, I lost sight of the fact that these things are earned and not freely given.

Can you see how long someone takes on a Google form?

Turn on email collection for both, so you can know which user submitted the test. Then link both forms into a spreadsheet and you will see the time stamp of each submissions. From there you can easily do a calculation to determine the duration.

Does Google meet know if you switch tabs?

No, they can’t. (unless they are using a spy software, but that’s a way bigger issue). But sometimes it’s easy to tell if a person changes between tabs based on the light reflection on their face/eyes.

How do you explain cheating on a test?

Explain why you cheated. Instead of letting the teacher or counselor assume you are lazy or simply mischievous, try to offer them a reason they can understand. For example, tell them you were overwhelmed by the course material and simply were terrified of failing.
