- Go to ‘My inbox’
- Select the conversation of the guest whose booking you are to refund.

How do I cancel TripAdvisor plus?
Membership cancellation
- Sign into your account.
- Access the Plus membership center through the link available in the menu under your avatar at the top right corner or the page.
- Go to the Details section.
- Click Cancel subscription.
