Are dogs allowed at Tapeley Park?
Both Tapeley Park, Instow and Marwood Hill Garden, Barnstaple are dog friendly. Those of you familiar with National Trust properties will be aware that they always welcome dogs.
Can you take dogs to watermouth castle?
Dogs. Unfortunately, with the exception of guide dogs, dogs are not permitted anywhere within the castle or gardens.
Can you take dogs to the Milky Way?
Well behaved, friendly dogs kept on a lead are welcome on site. We just ask that you please do not enter the bird of prey shows, bird of prey centre, the carpeted play areas including the new Little Stars area for under 7’s.

Is the Milky Way in Devon dog friendly?
Genuinely well behaved, friendly dogs on leads are permitted in much of the site. We regret that dogs are not permitted in the bird of prey centre, bird of prey shows, carpeted play areas or on the rides.
Is the big sheep dog friendly?
Are dogs allowed? We love dogs and have lots of Border Collies on site to help us keep the children and the sheep under control! As a result, we only allow guide dogs onto the main park.
Is Ilfracombe a dog friendly beach?
It is particularly dog-friendly, and dogs will enjoy nosing around the rocks and splashing in the water. There are also a fair number of dog-friendly cafes and pubs in nearby Ilfracombe.
Are dogs allowed on Lynton beach?
Lynton has a small sandy beach with rocks at low tide, whilst at Lynmouth you’ll find a longer sandy beach, again with rocks at low tide. Both are dog-friendly all year. Travel on the famous cliff railway from Lynton and down to the picturesque sea front for some excellent scenery and walks along the the Lyn River.
