Arno Bernard is one of South Africa’s finest knife makers. Arno has been making custom knives for over 35 years. He made his first knife out of a saw blade in 1979, steadily perfecting his craft and becoming the master bladesmith he is today. He and his sons have built a great company producing beautiful knives.

This powdered steel is incredibly tough, hard wearing and corrosion resistant, as well as being great at keeping an edge. Carbon to 1.9%: Found in all steel types in differing quantities. Reduces toughness but increases hardness and wear.
