What do you think about Nongshim soup base?
The soup base, dried veg, and vegetable oil were uninspiring. I wasn’t expecting spicy or hot. However, this soup base was even less flavorful than the 10 cent packs you get at Walmart and other grocery stores. Very disappointing considering it was made by Nongshim.
Is Nongshim broth like jjambbong?
Nongshim’s broth is very good standalone without having to add other ingredients, but for me it’s least jjambbong like in flavor. For the American palette unfamiliar with the authentic jjamppong dish, many may prefer this over others and find it quite spicy.
Are Shin and neoguri ramen noodles good?
If you’ve only tried Shin or Neoguri Korean ramyuns, you’ll find that these recent premium products take instant noodle soups to another level as they’re all spectacularly good! These are better than average instant ramen noodles.
What do Shin Ramyun’s noodles look like?
Finished ( click to enlarge ). Added kamaboko, narutomaki and carved squid. The noodles are big and plump and chewy – wider as well. They’re fantastic! Would love to see a Shin Ramyun using this noodle!
