Does Raptor fade over time?

How long will Raptor liner last?

Shelf Life 9 months in unopened containers. Lids must be replaced after every use. Simply FILL the Raptor coating bottle with 250nl of hardener, replace cap and Shake contents vigorously for at least 2 minutes.

Can you recoat Raptor liner?

RAPTOR can generally be re-coated after 24 hours. Scuff it with a red scuff pad, clean with wax and grease remover, apply the next coat of RAPTOR.

Raptor Liner is urethane based so it won’t really ever fade (fade rates similar to auto paint and clear coat). The guy I spoke to has had it in his bed for 7 years and he says it still looks brand new. It is highly flexible so it won’t crack, even if you dent the body that is coated.

Does Raptor stop rust?

You can use Raptor liner over powder coating and other finishes with proper prep. But Raptor will not tolerate rust at all. Also you have to let what ever you treat the rust with to fully cure. In the case of POR-15 that is 96 hours.
